I ordered an item 6 weeks ago. I did not arrive. I emailed them and firstly, got no reply. I then looked at other peoples' reviews - which were terrible!! I decided to take action and, as I had made payment through Paypal, I opened a case . Within one week the case has been resolved. The company did, after I opened the case, email me and apologise that they had low stock. They asked if I wanted to wait for goods to come in or would I prefer a refund. I asked for a refund which I have now received.
