I've been a faithful customer of Beauty Flash for the 11 years. I was always happy with the orders and the delivery timeframe. But it all went wrong with the last order I placed on the 31st march 2021. Emma Mylum used to be part of the customer service team, and she was always very prompt and excellent at her job. She has now unfortunately left. I received an item that had leaked all over the box in my last order. 4 weeks and 3 days later and after exchanging several emails with them, still no replacement product, no apologies and no goodwill gesture. The service has definitely gone down in their list of priorities. I will not be buying from them ever again.
