I recently had a dreadful experience with Beuty Flex UK. Trying to reach their customer service was an absolute nightmare. I attempted to contact them through their chat function, but to no avail. It's as if they have a ghost managing their customer support because I never received a response, not even an automated one.
To add insult to injury, I splurged on express delivery last Friday, expecting my items to arrive within 1 to 2 business days. However, much to my dismay, I discovered that my order wasn't even shipped until Tuesday! I even took the effort to compose an email, politely asking if I could at least get a refund for the express shipping I paid a hefty £6.99 for, but guess what? Silence. Not a peep from them.
At this point, I've lost all hope and patience. I won't bother dealing with this incompetent company ever again. Today was supposed to be the delivery day for some of my items, but who knows if they'll actually show up 🤷♀️. What's the point of offering express shipping if they're unable to fulfill it?
If they want to salvage any semblance of credibility, they need a serious overhaul in their customer service department. Responding to inquiries and fulfilling shipping promises should be basic tenets of running an online business. Until they improve, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
