Had my order processing for literally 10 days, why did I have to reach out to them because they aren’t doing what the promised (3-5 day shipping) . Keep telling me That they let the warehouse know to cancel my order... why does the warehouse have to cancel it’s just a simple click. The longer they wait to cancel the longer I won’t receive my refund. Total inconvenient to my time. They even deleted my Instagram comments...
