I ordered a specific wig, they reached out to me to tell me the one I ordered was basically not in stock and to choose a different pattern hair (I wanted straight, they sent curly). I was perfectly fine with that until the hair arrived and it is basically a synthetic wig! It sheds horribly and I haven't had it for 4 days yet! Definitely will not be purchasing from them again!
