"I have purchased from this site an Instytutum Vitamin C serum which was not an original product( FAKE) .It has different color( white), odour and texture than the original Instytutum Vitamin C serum.The color of the original product has to be light with the yellowish tint not WHITE. I am using this serum already for 1 year, and know how it should be. Also lately I have discovered( to late) that this site is not an official partner of the Instytutum brand. I wrote few emails to Beautywelt team to express this issue and was ingnored completely. Also, they did not provide an original certificate for this product, as I have requested. I am totally dissapointed in this company. No exsuses, refund or exchange was given, just ignorance Moreover, they delivered my order in 27 days( I ordered on 28.06.2024 and they delivered only on 25.07.2024). For this reason I claimed an issue later than 14 days policy they have and was ignored. Now I understand why the price for the Instytytum serum was lower than on other websites. Be careful!"
