The DERBY team are amazing so friendly every time I go in ! Nothing is too much trouble for them. Had my engagement ring from there and also found an amazing wedding band from the Derby store too. What makes the experience for me is each and every one of the team at the derby store they really have fantastic costumer service. Will defiantly pick this shop to buy any future jewellery the experience leading up to my wedding choosing wedding band and getting my engagement ring fixed when I had a tiny Dimond unfortunately come out was extremely good and kept me informed (even in lockdown) what was happening with my engagement ring.
