I had a terrible experience with AYBL's customer service. I contacted them about an order that arrived with multiple issues: wrong sizing (definitely too big!), inaccurate color comâring to the website, and poor quality (the logo was peeling off). Despite explaining everything in detail and even offering a solution (returning the item via France to avoid high fees from Belgium), I was met with robotic, copy-paste replies and no real effort to help.
They completely dismissed my suggestion and refused to waive the return fee, even though the product was faulty. The return was stuck “in transit” for weeks with no real update. All I received when inquiring were repeated, unhelpful messages.
This whole experience has been incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I won’t be ordering from AYBL again and would not recommend them to others.
