I bought a pair of gym leggings in the sale for £40 – hardly cheap – and after very little wear the stitching has come apart, leaving me with a hole. When I contacted customer services, I was basically told “tough luck” and "gave a nice day" because they were over 30 days old. Absolutely dreadful! For the price, you’d expect some level of quality and certainly better service. Instead, they’re happy to take your money but wash their hands of any responsibility the moment something goes wrong. Totally unacceptable – I won’t be buying from them again, and I’d strongly advise others to think twice before wasting their money here.
