Matthew couldn’t have been more helpful. He was very patient and at no time did I feel hurried or pressurised or that I was a nuisance. All the administration for the purchase of the new vehicle was taken out of my hands. I did not have to worry about the refund on road tax or the cherished plate transfer. All was dealt with efficiently and seamlessly. The car was delivered as arranged. It was immaculate and I was thrilled. Again Matthew was very kind and helpful and happy to go over any points about the car that I felt required clarification. It was a very stressless experience which I can’t fault in any way. I would absolutely recommend and buy from Beck Evans again and I highly recommend Matthew Couper.
