been trying to contact the sales person and make a complaint to the right emails left on hold and then hung up on was intrested in a car was sorting finance was told i needed to pay a £1000 dep which was refundable if i changed my mind (have call recorded ) the deposit was to remove car from sale it never has and has remained for sale on the internet i notified the sales person the next morning that my finance has failed and since then i’ve had no response or no calls to refund my deposit i have now made a claim to the small claims and spoke to a solicitor
