De deksels zaten niet in mijn pakket. Ik stuurde een e-mail maar ipv hun te verontschuldigen was het zogezegd mijn schuld omdat ik het pakket heel snel heb ontvangen zonder spoedkosten te betalen?! Daarna hebben ze de deksel opgestuurd en was dit nog eens het verkeerde kleur ook. Ik was een nieuwe klant maar dit was een eenmalige bestelling!
