We found the mattress we were looking for in good price and it was easy to navigate the website and to make a purchase but the delivery time was 1.5 months due to absence of the product in stock. So, as a buyer I would like to know about this in the moment of purchase, not waiting for two weeks and then making an enquiry myself. A representative called me later to know if I am still willing to wait and I appreciate it. The delivery itself was excellent, the driver came on time, was very helpful and polite. So, as a summary I am satisfied with the company and my purchase. And I do recommend them.
