Despite my having to return the zero gravity chair for personal reasons, I found the quality and craftsmanship to be quite excellent. Their customer service department went above and beyond in assisting in every aspect of the purchase, the delivery, and the return. They did their best trying to find a resolution for my individual disability needs. They reminded me of what customer service was like years ago. My only caution is to be sure to review their return policies. I would work with this company again.
