I recently purchased the storm 2.0 after doing the survey to find which pillow is best for me and the pillow is a real nice pillow it keeps it's shape and is really comfortable. I had a problem with my first pillow and customer service fixed it that same day and sent a new one my way, so very quick response time 10 out of 10. Only thing is I sleep really hot at night and pillow does do a good job of cooling but for me since it fits good for me (a side sleeper), I stay in one place all night and doesn't stay cool the whole night. But I just move to the side alittle or turn it over and it's good for the rest of the night. Never shopping anywhere else for a pillow.
