Very kind and considerate customer service - Mr. Adam Gordon! I am still waiting for the tempurpedic mattress from Tempur themself to deliver. But I got the mattress protector only 4 or 5 days after ordering. Verry prompt! I have never heard about this store before until I was searching on Google for a better deal on the mattress and they had a very good promotion. Over all, I'm glad I found them and definitely will do business with them again and again if I ever need anything in near future.
