It's not often that you find a retailer with good customer service, but BedPlanet is awesome. For being an online website and not my local store they sure did treat me like they were right around the corner from me. I took them up on their 101 Night Comfort Guarantee on a Sealy mattress I purchased and without any questioning or argument they swapped it out for a different one.
