Hi Tanner, Just wanted to let you know that the Malouf bases were delivered yesterday. My wife and I got them in the house and set them up. Everything appears to be working fine. The bases fit perfectly into our bed frame. You'd never know that we replaced our box springs. The only issue we noticed when we were lifting them off a wooden pallet is that they used a broken pallet. The bottom box was actually sitting on exposed nails that went right into the box. My wife and I had our fingers crossed that the exposed nails didn't damage the adjustable bed. Once we got it in the house assembled the legs and turned it over, everything looked ok. Luckily the piece of foam that was in the box proceed the base from damage. II'm thinking that the Distribution Center in Ohio didn't use an appropriate wooden pallet or the pallet was broken during transit. I just wanted to bring it to your attention. Everything else worked out great. I'd like to than you and your colleagues for all your help in purchasing the Malouf S755. Be safe! Bob
