I went in to have a look at a new bed. I had no intention to buy, just wanted to have a look. The sales assistance approached and ask if I needed any help. I told her I was looking for a new bed for my son. She asked a few question and then guilded me over to a mattress that would last my son longer, well priced and comfortable. It ticked all the boxes.I found the whole experience very pleasent. The sales lady was well informed, good knowledge of the stock in the store. I was sold. I left the store with a bed frame and mattress for my son up and coming birthday. I am so pleased I walked into bedpost that day. From B.B
