Spoke to Bedstar on Monday regarding a new bed base was helped by Christina, who went through a few suggestions. Rang back on Tuesday to make the order, delivery on Thursday, was rang on Wednesday to say they could deliver early, but was at work. Arrived on Thursday, carried the bed up 2 flights of stairs, very grateful for that. The bed is great , looks great too. Thank you for a great experience which was easy, courteous, value for money and I will return .
