I would have appreciated a call or text to tell me whether to expect a morning or afternoon delivery, and it would also have been nice if the delivery driver had delivered to the room, not just the doorstep!
However, once I'd got all the boxes to the right room the bed was really easy to assemble. It took me (on my own) about an hour and a half - would've been quicker if I hadn't forgotten to put some of the washers on and had to start again!
The bed looks ok and certainly feels sturdy. Best of all it's comfy, and that's the most important thing.
