I ordered a bed for which I paid in full including a charge for delivery on a date that was specified. The date arrived but only one out of two packages was delivered. I made several phone calls which received indifferent responses and eventually the second package was delivered three days later. I requested a refund of the £15.00 delivery charge on the basis that the due date had not been met but was told this was not company policy. As compensation I was offered a mattress protection cover which I don’t need. I will not use this company again.
