The order process was easy and bed delivered on time with minimal issues. The delivery men placed the bed in the room however lots of packing to deal with and bin. Our main concern was we paid for the old mattress to be taken away and this was not booked onto our delivery order so we were left with the mattress to dispose of which is why we can only rate acceptable. There was no flexibility for this to be done on the day as the delivery men could not accept extra items. I would use Bed star again and hope we get a better service next time.
