Took a day off work for delivery only to be phoned at 4pm to say the lorry had broken?? (Yeh right). Came back on another appointment never rung doorbell and said they had been strange as our cctv never picked them up?? When bed finally arrived the fitting instructions for headboard were ridiculous as all fixing points were covered. It could be made so much simpler, I am still waiting for a return call back from 2 weeks ago from the sales department. It doesn’t matter now as we got a guy from a local bed shop to show us!!!
