Arrived quickly and was easy to assemble, especially as my daughter did it for me! Unfortunately, one of the castors would not fit in. More were quickly sent to me. Base seems to be strong and comfortable. (It is for a small spare room.) Company was easy to deal with, and the transaction was fast and efficient. A good, reliable, English company. I would use again.
