We purchased a sleigh bed and on delivery it was advised that instructions were included. No instructions found in packaging and although it was easy to figure out, no screws were provided for assembly and I had to source these myself. Also part of the fabric over one of the studs was loose showing the metal stud beneath, which I will repair with glue. The bed also had a bad smell to the fabric which is slowly getting better as it airs out. No delivery information was provided after purchase and when we asked we were given no information only that it will arrive within 6 days which we were lucky was a day we were home. We also wanted to purchase a superking duvet and the website was showing out of stock, when asking an advisor they said they did not know when they would have these back in stock and to purchase a duvet elsewhere. Overall though I would still rate as good as the cost of the bed was very reasonable and we liked that the delivery was done by their own staff. The bed is built well and is nice and sturdy and feels of a quality construction.
