The service is appalling - totally unhelpful. The delivery driver was downright rude. The quality of the bed base is extremely shoddy although the mattress looks ok. I got the wrong base delivered - I ordered a base without drawers as I think drawers weaken the base - but they delivered a base with drawers and were not interested in my complaint, refusing to exchange the product. The bedhead was delivered damaged and with the holes for the screws in the wrong place - again uninterested in the complaint. Finally one of the casters was delivered damaged and bent - I am sure you can guess the reaction from Bedworld!! Avoid this company - they are dreadful.
