Although it took longer than the specified time on the website to notify me of delivery, my call to request information was answered promptly as was my email. I was informed that the courier would be in touch that day to advise of delivery slot the following day and within an hour, I had received a voicemail advising that the bed would be delivered the next morning. It was delivered as promised at 10.00 am the following day. We are very happy with the guest bed and my grandchildren are looking forward to sleeping in them. The mattresses are of good quality and comfortable and they are exactly what we were looking for.
