There was only one driver who had to carry the very heavy parts to the front door. Carrying such weights must be unhealthy, even when you are strong. After unpacking, I saw the headboard had quite a dent. As it was packed well, and as I was sure I didn't cause it, I think the dent was caused in the factory. I communicated this issue to Bedworld, however they were not very approachable. I found them unprofessional and unfriendly. I did get a small discount, but will never buy from them again. They don't care about the customer, and surely don't care about the driver's back. The bed in itself is pretty and of good quality.
