The mattress itself was heavily discounted and good. However, it was sold as an item which was perfect, not faulty. It was missing one of the advertised handles, which made it very difficult to move as it was very heavy. Bedworld's response was rude and unhelpful to say the least. They have no customer service skills and when I suggested a solution, they refused to answer any communication.
