The order went quite smoothly and the double bed was delivered on the day expected. The only issue I had was when the driver turned up he told me as it was only him delivering the bed he could not take it upstairs, so just delivered it into the hallway downstairs. This wasn't too much of an issue as there was room and my partner was able to take it upstairs but, it would have been better for this to be made clear before ordering as someone else might have needed it to have been carried upstairs. Also it makes me wonder what would have happened if I was living in a flat without a lift!
