Ordered a new mattress online no problem and also paid for my old mattress to be taken away. Was advised they would make contact about a delivery date but they never did. Emailed them to ask to make contact on another phone number but clearly that email was overlooked. About a week or so later, on a Sunday when I was at work, received a call from my neighbour telling me that a mattress was being delivered!! He put it in his garage for me to collect later. God knows what would have happened if the delivery driver didn’t speak to my neighbour or the neighbour wasn’t in. So much for the promised call from Bedworld advising me about a delivery date. Consequently my old mattress wasn’t taken away so I had to organise that myself, at extra expense and inconvenience, with my local council. The new mattress itself turned out to be a good purchase but not knowing the delivery date showed poor customer service and communication.
