I am very satisfied with the product I purchased but I was very unhappy with the delivery service. I paid an extra £40 for my bed to be delivered on Saturday and I worked really hard to clear the room for the delivery men to put the new bed into. When the men arrived I asked them to place the bed in my bedroom (it's a bed, it stands to reason I want it in the bedroom). They informed me they would only do that for an extra charge which I felt was exorbitant since you normally off free delivery! I have since read your Ts&Cs and see that it is your policy to only deliver to a downstairs lobby, had I realised this at the time of ordering I would not have ordered. I had a mattress delivered by Argos on the same day and they not only charged me less for delivery they were very happy to bring the mattress upstairs! In the end your delivery men left a 62 year old woman on her own with a king size bed in the hallway which I could hardly get around never mind move. I will not be recommending your service and definitely won't be using you again.
