Initially, we would compliment the highly commendable customer service afforded to us by 'S' during delivery. Right from stepping down from the van, he proved to be a most personable and amenable individual. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble to ensure the bed was correctly delivered and all components supplied. We found 'S' to be courteous, friendly and quite exceptionally helpful. Furthermore, we can only stress, indeed, emphasize that he is a credit to Bedworld and as a company Bedworld are most fortunate to have him in their employ. In addition to this, since originally placing our order on online, we have had several dealings with Bedworld and in our, personal experience, we have found whomever we have dealt with, all employees who responded, have proven to be conscientious, pleasant, courteous, friendly, professional and helpful. We consider this, especially significant and important because we realized we had overestimated the original order with a 'King Size' bed and it was, quite critical, that this be amended and adjusted down to a, regular, Double Bed. Upon making this enquiry, our request was readily accommodated. We have been impressed, overall, with the exemplary customer service we have received from everyone concerned and each person has played their part in ensuring consistency and the all round level of service is maintained.
