If I could give 0 stars I would, awful service. The worst I have ever experienced.
Bed delivered with no assembly instructions and missing parts. Tried to contact them several times to get it sorted however keep getting generic acknowledgement emails saying they will aim to respond but do not actually respond to the emails. The acknowledgement emails have stated they will respond withing 24 hours of receiving the email. It was been two weeks and still no response. They are happy to take your order and money but when it comes to any aftercare they could not care less. Shameful behavior.
You would think responding to an email and sending out the some instructions and missing parts would be fairly straightforward, however not so for this incompetent company.
