I would give no stars but it does not let you. Staff in shop very nice but product and service from the warehouse terrible. I ordered an ottoman bed and hydrolics did not work, they sent replacement ones through the post for us to fit ourselves and they still don't work. So we have now been waiting nearly two weeks for new hydrolics. The mattress had a hump all down the middle so they said they would replace the mattress. We have waited two weeks. They phoned to confirm delivery of new mattress and to take away defected one. The driver is alone so needs help to get the mattress off the van as we ordered a super king size. They phoned us twice to confirm delivery and pick up of mattress, they advised someone must be in and other mattress must be in the hall ready to collect.
I waited in all Friday and my son took the day off work to help and no delivery arrived. So the next day I phoned the shop and apparently they were only delivering my mattress if they could squeeze us in the deliveries that day, so the next delivery will be the 6th November. So we had to take the mattress all the way back upstairs. The mattress we ordered is a super king and it's very heavy it takes two strong people to move it. I have had a disgraceful experience and it is still not resolved.
