Ordered a bed on 31st Dec. Given it was the holidays I expected a delay. However, after 2 weeks of no communication I contacted them to ask for an update as I'm newly disabled and needed a new bed to help with the pain. I was told it would arrive on Monday. On Wednesday, given that the bed still hadn't arrived, I contacted them again and received no reply (at this point it was 17th Jan). Two days later I emailed again, to receive a response that a refund would be coming.
I waited 5 days for a refund, as this is the standard practice and heard/received nothing. So, I emailed AGAIN asking about the refund or bed. No response. On 25th Jan I emailed them to let them know I'd be contacting my bank regarding this fraud.
They magically responded, stating that there was an issue with the merchant portal and to pass over my bank details, and I would receive the money in my bank by 6pm that night. No money received. No response to my email querying why.
As such, this has been passed on to the fraud team at Barclays. I still have not received my money nor the bed I desperately need for my back.
