No confirmation of order. No details of delivery. They don’t answer the phone. Received reply to email just delivery due next week. Cancelled order due to poor communication. They told me they informed klana of cancellation but payment still taken. When I contacted klana they have no info regarding cancellation. Klana now looking into it. Have email and beds for you keep saying the same thing . We have told klana thanks for your order. I would have given 0 if they had it. Wish I’d read the reviews on this company before ordering . I am now having to go through klana and trading standards to get the payment back .
