Bought some washers that looked very nice on their website, shown as bevelled and chrome plated, paid 70 pence each, those arrived where plain stamped bright zinc plated (BZP), cost on other websites approximately 3 pence each. Although I was offered a refund, both the cost of me returning them and the cost of initial postage would not be refunded, I was not prepared to spend more of my money or time doing this.
