Really disappointed! Received an email to say my delivery had arrived when it hadn't. On calling customer services they said my case had been damaged at depot. I'd paid extra for express delivery so my order would arrive in time for Fathers Day. All they could do by way of compensation was ensure my delivery arrives 4 days later!!!! (Why not next day delivery?) and waiver the express shipping fee. This was not a gesture of good will as this fee was paid as an optional extra so my delivery would arrive within 2 days. Not 6! I would have been happier if they'd offered a percentage off the order itself or for a future order? A shame as we're beer lovers and would have used them again. I also did not receive the 10% discount as the website promises on my first order. Wouldn't recommend!
