I'm still waiting for you to get back to me regarding the poorly packaged order for 12 bottles of mixed pale ales. I reported that 1 bottle was missing and that it looked as though the order had been repackaged due to a broken bottle.
The 1st part of the order (2 bottles of Erdinger) came separately in a large box capable of containing 16 bottles then the next day I received 11 bottles instead of 12, packaged in a much larger box packed out with bubble wrap & quavers.
