Stock levels not joined up! Website allowed me to buy, then it turned out my beer was out of stock.
From customer service response, 'We do try to hold sufficient stock of each beer, but sometimes it’s not always possible to do so...', it sounds like this is not a one off.
This is poor. A modern online shop stock should be exactly aligned with warehouse stock to avoid such customer disappointment.
On top of this, my account was debited 5 days ago and yet to be refunded!
