I emailed, but got no reply, how rude !!
I got my cooler today (Friday), but no beer to go with it, so very disapointed like so many others.
You must remember Beer Hawk that Amazon are very good at next day delivery and Customer Service, so people expect the same from all online sellers.
I don't expect to get a reply from you, but warn you to treat customers with respect.
