Horrendous customer service, poor communication, extremely late delivery with items missing from the order and it appears customer service tell lies.
In an email I was told "please accept our most sincere apologies, we have had a delay fulfilling some of our orders due to a warehouse move. It will be dispatched in the next 24hours". It still didn't arrive so I sent a second email and the reply I eventually received said, "the beer we sent out to you has been damaged in transit. This doesn't happen very often, but to make sure that a soggy box is not left on your doorstep, we instruct our couriers to return the damaged box to us, and we send out a replacement straight away."
On the phone today when explaining about the missing item in our delivery, I was told all Amazon orders weren't put through until a couple of days ago. 3 different stories for one very late birthday present and no money off vouchers / freebies thrown in for the inconvenience. I will never be ordering from them again!
