What went wrong? Where do I start?! Ordered via Amazon on the 17th of November. Dispatched the same date with a delivery date estimated for Thursday the 24th of November. The day came and went without the delivery or even an update. Called Beer Hawk on Friday the 25th of November to check where the delivery was. Allegedly it had been delivered to the wrong address that day! I was then told that I was definitely getting the delivery on Saturday. Saturday came and went, no delivery. I then called up this morning to ask for an update and "suddenly" my parcel was out for delivery. I took delivery of the parcel. Which turned out not to be my parcel. It was something my husband had ordered. The courier had simply STUCK THE LABEL WITH MY DETAILS on top of the label already on there. So I now still have no advent beer calendar, you have taken my money and I also know what I am getting for Christmas. You are slowly ruining Christmas, one day at a time.
Also, if I phone from my mobile number, Beer Hawk do not answer (but strangely do when I phone from a land line - they are avoiding my calls). I will report to Amazon and also to my credit card company. This matter is not resolved but I have been told 'it will definitely be resolved today'. Want to be how much more this order can be messed up?
