So ordered in September for end of Oct Birthday, was delayed due to stock. Shame it missed the Birthday but messenger responds were so nice. Arrived mid Nov... could tell straight away was damaged, several smashed beers and a very soggy advent calendar :( again customer services once they picked up the query were great and Stu did what he could. Old one sent back (excited by what we had seen!! New one arrived along with a spare! Spare collected fine (good thing I work quite flexibly here as that's 4 times for one purchase. Thanks for the credits online but recommend you find a new supplier for delivery/ collection as I'm pretty sure not much was intact when you got them back!
