My wife ordered an advent calendar as a surprise for me on 2nd November and requested delivery on 16th November. After no delivery and 2 emails promising the delivery was on its way, my wife received an email saying the payment hadn't gone through. After emailing back explaining our dissatisfaction we received another email stating the delivery was on it's way. Seeing as the payment hadnt been taken I don't know how that could actually have been the case! They have clearly lost control of the situation and instead of coming clean,have sent emails with false promises to placate customers. Dreadful customer service. Have since ordered beer from another online retailer and we won't be shopping with Beer Hawk again.
