I don't normally do this, but am incredibly cross with the service from Beer Hawk. Ordered the advent beer selection in October, and initially all seemed well and I got notification that it would be delivered when I requested...no delivery. Turns out the the delivery confirmation states it has been delivered to a completely different postcode. EC instead of SE how is that even possible? Might be ok had Beerhawk been able to help me. Have waited considereable time on the phone for the girls to tell me she couldn't help and would get a call back. No call back. In the meantime I used the email address, outlined my issue, send a screenshot of the delivery confirmation, to get a question back stating it was delivered...I know that - I told you!! But not to the right place. And I outlined the issue clearly. So I am now back to square one, currently awaiting a further response, and have wasted an entire day. The right thing to do would have been to send out a replacement today, so that my boyfriend could have received it tomorrow for the 1st, but I feel like I am a million miles away from that point, and am incredibly disappointed. Currently been on hold for 13 minutes to Beer Hawk as I type. Not impressed.
