I ordered my keg and perfectdraft on Friday afternoon. I made the mistake of reading the reviews the next day and have been worrying ever since, particularly when I saw the delivery company are UK Mail. I needn't have. Everything arrived this morning in perfect condition. The only negative thing I can say about my experience is that I didn't receive a dispatch confirmation so had no idea it was going to be delivered. It was pure luck I was in. Still, shouldn't moan!
