I ordered "A Big Beery Mixed Case (30 bottles)" case well in time for Christmas as a present. The delivery came a few days later but only one case (with 15 bottles) was delivered. The delivery drop was unsatisfactory since it was dropped on the front door step and not signed for , since the driver did not bother to ring the doorbell.
I called Beer Hawk on their Customer Services number but after ringing out for a few minutes I managed to get through to someone in their accounts department. They took my phone number and promised someone would call me "tomorrow". AS you know tomorrow never comes and neither did a phone call.
So I called again and got the same response but with assurances that the call would come. Again next day no call from Beer Hawk. So in despair I called again followed the same protocol , no answer from "customer services" , redirect to accounts and the "I can only ask someone to call you I cannot deal with the problem". Everyone is very busy blah blah blah.
I asked if they have an escalation procedure which apparently they don't have.
The person gave me a another phone number to ring who could sort out the problem. Some one from the Order department answered and guess what. She could take my number and get someone to ring me tomorrow.
Pathetic!
So if are going to use this company for Beer Supplies, I suggest you order a single case and hope that they can deliver it correctly in one attempt. Otherwise you will become as frustrated as I am.
